Habitat types and species

The aim of LIFE’s a Beech is restoration of broadleaved forests, and the project focus on five different habitat types.

The project improves habitats for threatened species in broadleaved forests. Many red-listed fungi, lichens, and insects depend on old beech-dominated forests.
